Student Accounting, Billing, and Cashier Services is here to help you each semester with your account and term bill.  We can assist you with making payments, applying credits, and resolving issues that concern your term bill.

Student Account Checklist

Registered students can use this checklist to ensure that their account is paid in full at Rutgers.

  • Rutgers emails notices to notify students when the term bill is available to view online.

Understand your term bill

  • Ensure that the tuition and fees are correct.

View tuition rates and fee descriptions

  • Understand how to apply any financial aid, tuition remission, and scholarship credits to your account.

  • You can pay by check, money order, credit card, or electronic check, or sign up for a payment plan.

check mark Authorize parent/guardian access (AUA)

  • Parents or third parties can be granted access to view and pay your term bill charges.

  • If your term bill is not paid in full by the due date, a financial hold will be placed on registration, diplomas, and transcripts. Financial holds can also be placed on your student account for additional outstanding payments.
